Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services seeks a laborer to perform basic housekeeping on construction sites. You will handle setup and cleanup, remove debris, and assist skilled trades under the Foreperson's direction.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; OSHA 10 is recommended. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Salary will be determined based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour recommended; assistance available to obtain certification.
• Proof of certificates/degrees upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site, including removal of debris.
• Navigate construction job site terrain.
• Clean and sanitize jobsite trailers.
• Assist with basic deliveries and material storage.
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site.
• Provide labor support to carpenters, masons, and other contractors as directed.
• Report all safety incidents to Foreperson and Safety Leader.
• Any other work as planned and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management.
