Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Labor Journeyman to perform essential housekeeping and site support on a busy Charlotte construction site.

You will handle setup/cleanup, navigate uneven terrain, clean trailers, assist with deliveries, and support carpenters and masons as directed by the Foreperson. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work in varying weather; OSHA 10 certification is recommended and helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour recommended; Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Overview

• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
