Job summary

Hensel Phelps in Kuna, Idaho is seeking a Laborer to support skilled trades on concrete, form work, and masonry tasks. The role involves lifting, carrying materials, and assisting carpenters, masons, and finishers while maintaining a clean, safe jobsite.

You will participate in site duties, follow safety protocols, wear required footwear, and report hazards. This safety-sensitive position rewards reliability, punctuality, and clear communication with teammates, supervisors, and project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Follow safe work practices per safety program.
• Must communicate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must provide own safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and excavations.
• Assemble and place concrete forms; assist in placement.
• Move materials and assist concrete finishers and masons.
• Strip forms after concrete cures and transport them for storage.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and setting.
• Load/unload materials and keep the site organized and safe.
• Promote a safe work environment and secure the site daily.
