Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking field inspectors to photograph residential construction sites within 25 miles of Vienna, VA. Use the Pruvan app to capture progress on-site and submit images to the report team. A vehicle, smartphone, and quick access to sites are required.

No report writing is needed; this is a contract, flat-rate role with flexible hours and independent work. A background check may be required before hiring.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties using the Pruvan app to provide an overview of on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
