D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced On-Site Health and Safety Officer to join our team in Missouri. This role focuses on implementing safety programs, conducting on-site training, and ensuring regulatory compliance across project sites.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30hr Construction, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, 3–5 years in safety roles, and willingness to travel nationwide. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure appropriate use of personal protection equipment is being implemented.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management to promote continuous improvement.
