Job summary

You will coordinate visitors, contractors, and truckers, maintain paperwork, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Candidates should have reliable transportation, OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to work 10-hour shifts outdoors in varying weather. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• OSHA 10 certification required (Willing to obtain).
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Must be able to work 10-hour days.
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must have proper identification for employment purposes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all paperwork processes while maintaining a level of alertness.
• Coordinate and control all incoming contractors.
• Direct visitors and truckers to various parts of the job sites.
• Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new applications, platforms, and systems as needed.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor.
