Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of construction experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• Ability to read construction drawings; strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and reporting; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in high-stress environments with weather fluctuations; team player.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (assistance provided to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance.

• Supervise and train workers.
