Job summary

3 Forks Services seeks a Construction Foreman to organize operations and lead crews at our construction sites. You will guide staff, support them, and interface with senior management to achieve project goals.

We expect a solid field background and strong leadership, with a focus on safety, organization and timely decision-making to keep projects on track and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as Construction Foreman or in a similar role.
• Significant experience with construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Significant experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent ability to read and implement drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills with ability to report effectively.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Organize tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Create schedules and monitor crew attendance.
• Assign general and daily responsibilities to team members.
• Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance.
• Manage manpower and resources to ensure adequacy.
• Adhere to safety requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor machinery and equipment usage.
• Review expenditures to keep within budget.
• Prepare progress reports for managers, engineers and stakeholders.
