Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. seeks an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites in Houston. You will assess injuries, stabilize patients, and coordinate transport when needed.

You will lead safety walks, deliver first aid training, oversee wellness programs, and maintain medical equipment and records. A current EMT/Paramedic certification and BLS are required, with OSHA-30 to be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic certification required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of pre-hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites.
• Assess and stabilize injured/ill workers; coordinate transportation when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical assessments and treatments.
• Conduct safety walks and implement preventive health measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, and safety practices.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs and health screenings.
• Manage onsite medical equipment, supplies, and stock levels.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
