Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to oversee pre-construction through post-construction activities for transmission and distribution projects in the Easton, PA area. You will coordinate safety, scheduling, cost, and quality across project teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to standards and timely execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration, site walkdowns, bid package development, and proactive risk management within a dynamic utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or 3 years of construction experience.
• Experience in electrical substation and/or line construction preferred.
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills to aid in resolving compliance issues.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Able to deliver quality, accurate work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities for transmission and distribution projects.
• Cover Easton, PA service territories with responsibility for safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Develop contractor bid packages and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Inspect work against design and construction standards and manage site communications.
