Job summary

FirstEnergy is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator in York, PA to coordinate pre-construction through post-construction activities for transmission and distribution projects. You will work with project teams and contractors to ensure timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes scheduling, material coordination, and effective communication across stakeholders, with preferred experience in electrical substation/line construction and a relevant degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in electrical substation / line construction preferred
• Proven ability to work with schedules, CPM calculations, and project documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities
• Understand project scope, constraints, and scheduling
• Develop contractor bid packages and participate in pre-bid meetings
• Ensure safety, quality standards and vendor coordination on site
