Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Assistant Site Supervisor to support on-site construction and renovations across the community. You will assist the Site Supervisor, help oversee safety, quality, and scheduling, and coordinate with suppliers to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years in construction or maintenance, a solid understanding of blueprints and codes, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Supervisor and construction team in on-site efforts to build and renovate projects.
• Oversee job site safety, quality, schedule, and communications.
• Supervise team members and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, and compiling bid summaries.
