Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support the Site Supervisor in overseeing site operations and construction activities. You will coordinate contractors, schedules, safety compliance, communications, and progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role involves frequent on-site collaboration with vendors, 75% travel, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors on-site for patio home additions, coordinating schedules, deliveries, and work activities.
• Coordinates with contractors to schedule equipment, materials, and manpower for construction activities.
• Ensures resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Prioritizes contractor work activities and recommends schedule adjustments to meet operational needs.
• Reviews contractor and vendor performance and progress; recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors staffing, equipment, and material availability; identifies constraints and proposes solutions.
• Conducts regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with requirements and standards.
• Monitors safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment; leads safety briefings and OSHA compliance.
• Evaluates project status against plans to identify delays, risks, or conflicts.
• Provides updates to project managers and campus leadership regarding status and issues.
• Oversees ongoing construction activities and develops preliminary punch lists.
• Coordinates delivery receipts and facilitates communication on materials, damages, and discrepancies.
• Collaborates with the project team to meet budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Performs limited minor corrective work (e.g., drywall and paint touch-ups) as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
