Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project coordinating experience.
• Construction background preferred.
• On-site work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Assist the project Superintendent in documenting daily and weekly activities.
• Track manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Manage project processes and document control.
• Handle time tracking, entry, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Site Manager to review profitability and cash flow.
• Hold weekly meetings with the main office.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail.
