Georgia-basedD&L Electric isa professional electrical contractor with nearly 20 years of experience installing and servicing all types of electrical systems required for commercial facilities, Data Centers and Industrial facilities as well as new construction. D&L Electric's team of seasoned professionals are committed to offering the most reliable services and systems to meet client needs from commercial lighting and new construction, to power distribution systems, tenant build outs, general electrical installations and more.

D&L Electric is seeking an experienced Site Administrator. As part of this role, the Site Administrator will ensure project requirements are being met by managing adjustments disseminating project status/updates, monitoring and measuring project performance goals, and generating project timeline reports when applicable.

What you will do…

• Participating in weekly meetings and taking meeting minutes
• Assisting the project Superintendent in documentation of daily and weekly activities
• Tracking manpower, tools, and equipment
• Project processes and document control
• Time tracking, entry, and reporting
• Work closely with the Site Manager to help manage, review profitability and increase cash flow of jobs
• Weekly meeting with the main office
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and payment discrepancies
• Effective communication with customers via phone, email, and mail

What you will need to succeed…

• Minimum 2 years of project coordinating experience
• Construction background preferred
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment of construction and step into other roles as circumstances change
• Must be team player, organized, customer service oriented, have professional attitude and sense of urgency
• A/R, general ledger accounting software experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2-year degree preferred, but not required
