Job summary

Turf Design, a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries, seeks a Construction Services Manager to lead estimating, project coordination, and project management, driving profitable growth and excellent customer experience.

The role reports to the National Sales Director and will oversee estimating, project coordination, and project management teams across Gilberts and Chicago, with relocation offered and some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in estimating, project coordination, customer service, sales operations, construction services, or related field.
• Experience leading customer-facing, project-based, or operational support teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating, project coordination, and project management to support profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Establish performance objectives and implement actions to improve efficiency and team performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supervisors and team members.
• Analyze business, sales, and operational data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Design to improve processes.
• Resolve complex customer, project, and operational issues to support retention.
