Armstrong World Industries seeks a Construction Services Manager to oversee estimating, project coordination, and project management teams across Gilberts and Chicago. You’ll drive quotes, order execution, and customer satisfaction while leading process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

You will report to the National Sales Director and contribute to profitable growth, with travel up to 11–25% and a strong emphasis on on-site leadership in a dynamic architectural services

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction mgmt, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in estimating, project coordination, or sales operations.
• Prior leadership experience managing customer-facing or project-based teams.
• Experience with commercial construction or architectural products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimating, project coordination, and project management to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Set performance objectives and implement actions to improve operations and team results.
• Provide leadership and development to supervisors and staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Design to improve processes and outcomes.
• Direct quoting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposals.
