Responsibilities

• Work with our project management teams to upgrade our preconstruction services technology
• Attend pre-bid site meetings
• Qualify subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit competitive bids / budgets and negotiated pricing
• Offering our clients Value Engineering opportunities
• Maintain historical data and keep us with construction and material pricing
• Work with and manage our Design / Build partners / projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management / architecture or related degrees
• Five (5) years of commercial preconstruction services experience
• Knowledge & experience in the most current estimating and software systems
• Strong interpersonal, management and written communication skills
• Salary competitive and commensurate with experience
