Job summary

HNTB invites current/former interns to join a team delivering infrastructure solutions across the United States. This internship offers hands-on experience under supervision, assisting assigned department(s) and project(s) with basic construction services tasks, typically on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis.

You will help with office support, attend meetings, observe on-site testing, review drawings, and conduct research, while learning how plans translate into field work in real projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus current enrollment in an accredited construction services program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary construction services program preferred.
• Current/former HNTB intern preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction office with meeting minutes and tracking logs.
• Attend and observe meetings with internal and external project teams.
• Observe on-site material testing and review basic shop drawings.
• Conduct basic research and data collection.
• Read construction drawings and materials and provide feedback.
