Job summary

HNTB is offering an internship to support construction services teams on various projects across locations, including El Paso. Under supervision, you will assist with office tasks, attend meetings, review drawings, and gain insight into field procedures and project delivery.

You will work with internal and external teams, observe site activities, and contribute to data collection and analysis as you learn how plans translate into real infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary construction services program.

Responsibilities

• Assists with meeting minutes, tracking logs, and other department deliverables.
• Attends meetings with internal and external project teams.
• Observes on-site material testing and reviews shop drawings for compliance.
• Performs basic research and data collection.
• Reads drawings and provides feedback as requested.
• Assists on portions of special projects as directed.

Education
