Job summary

HNTB is seeking an intern to support assigned department with basic construction services tasks under close supervision. This opportunity is open to current or former HNTB interns and is typically part-time, temporary, or co-op.

You will participate in meetings, observe on-site activities, review basic drawings, conduct research, and help ensure procedures align with plans and specifications while building professional experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and current enrollment in a construction services program.

Responsibilities

• Assists with construction office support tasks (minute taking, tracking logs, and department deliverables).
• Attends and observes meetings with internal and external project teams.
• Observes on-site material testing and assists with basic shop drawing reviews to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Conducts basic research and data collection.
• Reads construction drawings and provides feedback as requested.
• Assists on portions of special projects as directed.

Education
