Webber, a Ferrovial company, invites motivated students to join our Construction Services Internship in Houston. You will gain hands-on experience across Concrete Paving, Barrier Wall, Precast, Asset Management, and Geotechnical groups while supporting project teams and management with planning, data collection, and reporting.

The 12-week program emphasizes learning through real tasks, documentation, and collaboration with engineers, managers, and field crews.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Construction Science/Management, or related 4-year program.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to perform construction math and basic field operations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, organize, review and distribute information to the construction services group.
• Maintain communication with project teams regarding construction services activities.
• Assist with takeoffs, pricing, and contracts for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support scheduling and material deliveries for project needs.
• Assist in updating and publishing monthly reports and logs.
• Support quality control compliance of operations across groups.
• Assist field operations and coordination of crews on site.
• Prepare reports and business correspondence for the team.
