Job summary

Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, offers an Internship to join our team in the heavy civil, waterworks, infrastructure management and energy divisions. The 12-week program provides on-hand support across Safety, Survey/Estimating, Project Supervision and Field Engineering.

You will gain exposure to plans interpretation, quantity surveying, site audits, and coordinating with field crews. Open to students in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or Construction Science/Management with

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or Construction Science/Management for a 4-year degree program.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Safety, Survey/Estimating, Project Supervision and Field Engineering during the internship.
  • Learn to interpret plans and set layouts.
  • Assist in surveying quantities and material estimation.
  • Assist in jobsite audits and safety observations.
