The program emphasizes learning, development, and collaboration across its Heavy Civil and Infrastructure divisions. You will be involved in on-site activities, receive mentorship, and contribute to real project tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Science/Management, or related 4-year degree program.
- Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
- Moderate to high computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Internship is a 12-week program across Safety, Survey/Estimating, Project Supervision and Field Engineering.
- Support various roles within Webber to gain practical exposure.
- Learn to interpret plans, conduct surveys, and assist in jobsite activities.
- Assist in ensuring safety compliance and project documentation.
