Job summary

Harmon, Inc. seeks an experienced project leader to manage projects end-to-end in the curtainwall sector, guiding teams from sales to closeout and ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

You will drive execution, mentor junior project managers, manage project finances, and uphold Harmon's standards and processes to deliver top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 9–16 years of project management experience or related field.
• Curtainwall industry experience required.
• Technical acuity applicable to curtainwall business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and processes from sales to close out to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Drive project execution from start-up to close out.
• Manage junior project managers, field teams and clients throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Control financial processes to forecast, analyze and communicate key metrics/results.

Owning a project's complete lifecycle through managing process execution and providing leadership

You will manage a project, or multiple small project teams, using your industry knowledge and leadership skills. You will lead and develop other to ensure key processes are completed accurately and on time. With little or no oversight, you must lead a project and its stakeholders, from sales to close out, to ensure profitability.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to lead the project team and processes result in client satisfaction and profitability.

• Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
• Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle.
• Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
• Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field
• Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business
• Curtainwall industry experience required.
