Harmon, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a project coordinator to support a project team through consistent process execution and to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project's life cycle.

Your top priority is to support project leadership, track processes from start-up to close-out, and gather information that helps leaders predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
• Some construction project experience preferred

You will work on project team to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project's life cycle.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to support your projects' leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy.

Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.

Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.

Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.

Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.

1-3 years experience in project management or a related field

Some construction project experience preferred

Salary Range: $68,000/yr-$75,000/yr
