Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented project support specialist to help drive accurate administrative processes across a project lifecycle. You will assist leadership and field teams, track progress from kickoff to closeout, and help gather data that informs financial metrics and client communications.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ethical conduct, and disciplined time/financial management while you develop foundational project management skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
• Some construction project experience preferred

You will work on project team to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project's life cycle.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to support your projects' leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy.

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
• Some construction project experience preferred
