Job summary

Harmon is seeking an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to brand best practices in a curtainwall context.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior managers while collaborating with sales, field teams, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field.
• Curtainwall industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
• Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
• Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
• Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.

Owning a project’s complete lifecycle through managing process execution and providing leadership You will manage a project, or multiple small project teams, using your industry knowledge and leadership skills. You will lead and develop other to ensure key processes are completed accurately and on time. With little or no oversight, you must lead a project and its stakeholders, from sales to close out, to ensure profitability. Position Description Your top priority is to lead the project team and processes result in client satisfaction and profitability.
