Job summary

FLCC is seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager – Healthcare to lead remodels within active hospitals, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and cross-trade activities. You will ensure compliance with hospital protocols and federal regulations while delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will report to the Project Management Team, participate in annual reviews, and grow to oversee larger healthcare projects as you demonstrate leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent) with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record managing complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs).
• In-depth knowledge of all construction divisions and hospital protocols.
• Experience navigating federal contracts and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.

COMPENSATION

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
