Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Construction Surveillance in Mesa, AZ. The role includes patrolling a technology and data infrastructure site, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional presence on site.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of security experience. CPR is preferred, and a background check will be conducted in accordance with laws governing employment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check required by law.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security-related procedures at technology/data infrastructure locations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor equipment issues, environmental concerns, and unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs.
