Job summary

Clark Construction's Construction Schedule Analyst role is a foundational position within the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on data manipulation, CPM concepts, and supporting project schedulers by feeding Primavera P6 and auditing schedule health with Excel.

Candidates will receive training for Primavera P6; no prior construction experience is required. The role offers on-site work with travel to locations and opportunities to develop reporting skills with PowerBI and other

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Excel proficiency required.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and explain the 'why' behind numbers.
Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

Become a power user in Primavera P6.
Collaborate with Project Schedulers to apply CPM concepts to complex sequencing.
Provide on-site support to update schedules and produce internal and contractually required reporting.
Perform data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerBI.
Calculate and report project metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance.
Identify patterns in historical data to predict future outcomes.
Ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions and coding standards.
