Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to partner with preconstruction, project management, and field teams. You will develop detailed schedules, collect progress data, and perform impact analyses to anticipate delays and changes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, 3+ years of construction scheduling, and familiarity with Primavera P6 and constructability reviews. Healthcare projects are preferred, with flexibility for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques.
• Ability to conduct constructability reviews during design or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project schedules along with project teams’ input.
• Collect project progress and updating project status.
• Performing impact analysis for potential delays and changes.
• Work with the project management and field teams to help set project goals and analyze the status of the project.
• Analyze the schedules to determine duration and logic issues.
• Ability to manage schedules for multiple projects and/or more complex projects, larger in size.
• Provide guidance to less experienced members of the scheduling team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel and/or relocation may be necessary depending on the project needs and location.
