Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a Planner/Scheduler in Raleigh, NC to develop and manage detailed project schedules with input from preconstruction, project management, and field teams. You will coordinate with subcontractors and owners' representatives to ensure schedules drive project success.

The role requires scheduling expertise on multiple projects, strong communication, and knowledge of critical path methods, with Primavera P6 experience preferred. Some travel/relocation may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience scheduling construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct constructability reviews during design or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project schedules along with project teams' input.
• Collect project progress and updating project status.
• Performing impact analysis for potential delays and changes.
• Work with the project management and field teams to help set project goals and analyze the status of the project.
• Analyze the schedules to determine duration and logic issues.
• Ability to manage schedules for multiple projects and/or more complex projects, larger in size.
• Provide guidance to less experienced members of the scheduling team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel and/or relocation may be necessary depending on the project needs and location.
