Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks a Planner/Scheduler in Orlando, FL to lead detailed project schedules with input from preconstruction, PM, and field teams. You will collect progress data, perform impact analyses for delays, and set goals with project teams to keep schedules healthy.

The role requires strong communication, CPM knowledge, and experience with Primavera P6. Travel/relocation may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience scheduling construction projects.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct constructability reviews for varying construction method/techniques during design or construction.

Responsibilities

Brasfield & Gorrie is looking for a Planner/Scheduler in Orlando, FL. The Planner/Scheduler will work closely with our preconstruction, project management, and field teams as well as with subcontractors and owners’ representatives to aid in the development and management of project schedules to ensure the success of our projects.
