Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Planner/Scheduler who will work closely with our preconstruction, project management, and field teams as well as with subcontractors and owners’ representatives to aid in the development and management of project schedules to ensure the success of our projects. This position will be working on Projects based in Charleston, SC or Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Knowledge of critical path method and CPM scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed project schedules with input from project teams.
• Collect project progress and update project status.
• Perform impact analysis for potential delays and changes.
• Work with management and field teams to set goals and analyze project status.
• Analyze schedules for duration and logic issues; manage multiple projects.
• Provide guidance to junior schedulers and assist with other duties as assigned.
