Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5+ years scheduling on large vertical projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-starter with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining detailed program schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Supporting cost and resource loading across project schedules.
• Running reports on schedule performance, including cash flow forecasts and earned value metrics.
• Assisting with what-if scenarios to assess schedule risk and resequencing impacts.
• Performing preliminary Time Impact Analysis reviews and collaborating on delay resolution.
• Maintaining schedule standards, templates, and controls documentation.
• Participating in status update meetings and coordination sessions.
• Quality assurance reviews on scheduling deliverables with senior staff.
• Assisting with change order evaluation related to time and schedule implications.
• Reviewing contractor baseline schedules and monthly/weekly updates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
