This role operates independently with moderate oversight and is responsible for managing schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle—from RFQ to closeout. Scheduler III ensures schedule accuracy, performs analysis, and communicates findings to stakeholders.

Scheduler is an experienced project controls professional with strong proficiency in CPM scheduling and schedule management. This role operates independently with moderate oversight and is responsible for managing schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle—from RFQ to closeout. Scheduler III ensures schedule accuracy, performs analysis, and communicates findings to stakeholders.

Primary Position Objective

To manage and maintain project schedules that align with construction execution plans, ensuring timely updates, resource alignment, and schedule integrity. The Scheduler II collaborates with field leadership and project controls teams to support reporting, earned value tracking, and schedule health monitoring, while contributing to planning meetings and mentoring less experienced schedulers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in scheduling or project controls.
  • Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6).
  • Familiarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation.
  • Understanding of intermediate CPM principles.

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Scheduling Software (Primavera, Oracle)
  • CMIS, Acumen Fuse, Qtrax
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting and working on a computer
  • May be required to lift, carry and move up to 25 lbs.
