Job summary

APSI Construction Management in Irvine, CA seeks a Scheduler II/III to join our corporate team. This is an in-house, onsite role supporting scheduling for internal projects, with level determined by candidate qualifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed schedules with Primavera P6, cost and resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and coordination with cost control and document management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects.
• Scheduler II requires 5–7 years; Scheduler III 7+ years.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or other project review tools.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain detailed program schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support cost and resource loading across project schedules.
• Run reports on schedule performance, cash flow forecasts and earned value metrics.
• Prepare what-if scenarios to assess schedule risk and resequencing impacts.
• Collaborate on delay resolution and prepare Time Impact Analyses.
