Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all scheduling data with industry-standard software.
• Monitor compliance with contract specs and Baseline Operations Playbook for 1–2 projects.
• Prepare monthly schedule updates with narrative and reports.
• Read and translate Owner/CM contract to determine deliverables.
• Collaborate in regular jobsite walks with the project team.
