Job summary

Stellar, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Construction Scheduler (Food and Beverage) to oversee and coordinate schedules for all phases of construction projects. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop realistic schedules aligned with client expectations.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in construction scheduling or project management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all construction phases.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to set timelines.
Monitor progress and identify potential delays.
Mitigate scheduling conflicts and delays.
Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
Ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
Use scheduling software to track timelines and reports.
Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
