Job Details
Description

The Construction Scheduler will oversee and coordinate schedules for all phases of construction projects, ensuring that project timelines are created, monitored, and peer reviewed. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential delays. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop realistic and efficient schedules that align with project goals and client expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate scheduling conflicts and delays.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Utilize scheduling software to track and report on project timelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity for detailed work and computer use
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
