Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Washington, DC is seeking a Scheduler for the Core team within the Advanced Facilities Group to support project planning and scheduling across industrial, data center, and manufacturing programs. You will collaborate with project teams to build and update CPM schedules and ensure alignment with pull plans.

The role requires 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a related bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent, and strong communication, reading drawings, and scheduling

Qualifications

• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the team.
• Conduct schedule reviews and relay comments to the project team.
• Participate in all phases of scheduling and create baseline schedules.
• Use JE Dunn scheduling software and support training.
• Develop best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visit job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Support Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepare project reports as needed.
