Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company, through its Advanced Facilities Group, seeks a Scheduler for our nationwide projects. The role collaborates with project teams to prepare and update schedules, review sequencing, and integrate Lean pull planning results in large industrial and data center builds, including Tampa, FL and nearby markets.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a construction-focused degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office and scheduling software skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices.
• Participates in scheduling phases including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training and development for scheduling staff.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
