Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group in the Phoenix area. You will build and update project schedules, collaborate with project teams, and ensure alignment with pull plans and lean principles.

The role requires scheduling experience and the ability to read plans, drawings, and specs. You will utilize JE Dunn scheduling software and contribute to training, best-practice development, and comprehensive project reporting, supporting operations across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices and communicates comments to the team.
Participates in all phases of scheduling including proposal, baseline and updates.
Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
Assists with training and content development for scheduling.
Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
Attends project meetings where schedule is discussed.
Supports Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment.
Prepares various project reports as required.
Adds resource and cost loading when needed.
Provides planning support to operations and other functions.
