Job summary

HPM seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls group, overseeing budget, schedule, change control, and cost analysis. You will develop databases and reports, benchmark costs, and ensure alignment with client contracts. Travel up to 20% may be required on complex design projects.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced budgeting and risk analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and related tools. On-site work in Dallas, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10–15 years of extensive project management experience on large facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced budgeting, accounting, procurement, and contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Project Management Team to establish a structure for project control tools.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cashflow analysis, and risk benchmarking.
• Develop regular project reports and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Maintain historical cost data and manage change control processes.
• Provide monthly project status, cost, schedule, and risk reporting to stakeholders.
