Job summary

Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration. The Technical Sales Rep will secure, develop, and manage key accounts, driving revenue and margins across the Wisconsin territory.

The role emphasizes building relationships with architects, designers, contractors and distributors, delivering technical collateral, coordinating product knowledge training, and meeting quarterly forecasts

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
• Develops and delivers technical collateral, prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the sales process.
• Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
