Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in the Pittsburgh area is hiring for a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and grow through elite training with internal promotions, in a supportive, team-first environment.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions; weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
