• 5 years of progressive construction experience or 3 years in post-frame construction.
• Strong supervision, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and preferred DOT license; ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate repair leads through cold calling or on site contacts.
• Define scope of work, price repairs, and write contracts.
• Coordinate repair deliveries with schedulers, crew foremen and customers.
• Perform small repairs on site where safe and feasible.
• Conduct pre-construction conferences and review safety plans.
• Maintain schedules, progress, and quality of workmanship per contracts.
