Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks an experienced sales operations professional to execute sales strategies, qualify opportunities, and manage a robust client pipeline. You will collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to win pursuits and strengthen long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include pipeline coordination, market research, RFQ/RFP support, and CRM-driven reporting, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in inside sales, business development, or sales ops.
• Proven outbound calling and lead qualification experience.
• CRM proficiency and sales pipeline management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel and extend hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early-stage pipeline activities with SB Account Executives.
• Identify target areas, projects, and clients for BD strategy.
• Prospect new sales leads through calls, market research, and industry events.
• Develop and track opportunity lists by market segment or region.
• Input requirements into CRM, PA, CA, and ICC+Surety requests.
• Generate reports and scorecards reflecting pursuit status.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to advance pursuits.
