Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, is seeking a results-driven sales operations professional to execute sales strategies, identify and qualify opportunities, and advance pursuits with SB Account Executives and senior team members in California.

You will conduct market research, manage pipelines, coordinate proposals, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal to engage clients and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of inside sales or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales pipelines and CRM usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early-stage pipeline activities and advance opportunities toward proposals.
• Identify target areas and qualify clients in support of business development strategy.
• Prospect new leads through calls, research, and events.
• Develop and maintain lists of opportunities in assigned regions.
• Input requirements into CRM, PA/CA processes, and reports.
